How is a server billed?
An hourly server is charged to your wallet every hour until you delete it. Most plans also have daily, weekly and monthly terms, charged at the start of the term.
How do I top up?
By bank gateway or crypto. The bank gateway needs a one-time identity check (mobile number and national code). Crypto needs none.
Is my server deleted if my balance runs out?
Not right away. It is powered off and you get time to top up. The bot's message gives the exact deadline, and that time is billed too.
How long does delivery take?
Under 60 seconds in most datacenters.
Where do I manage my server?
In the Telegram bot or the web panel. The panel needs no password; you confirm the sign-in in Telegram.
Do I get money back if I delete a server early?
An hourly server is billed only up to the moment you delete it. Daily, weekly and monthly terms are prepaid and not refunded, but the server stays until the term ends.
